Max Photos in a Slideshow

Is there a limit to the number of photos or jpg files that can be included
in Movie Maker?

I inserted about 200 photos to create a slideshow but when I played backed
the finished results it only played a hundred or so and then a blank screen
was all that was being displayed.

Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to give me.

PhotoStory 3 has a limit of 300 images
but I'm not aware of a limit in Movie Maker.

If it always goes blank on the same image,
there be some incompatibility/corruption
going on. FWIW...sometimes....bmp files
work much better than .jpg files.

Maybe you need to do some maintenance
(disk cleanup / error checking / defrag) or
possibly increase your memory.

Did you save in a movie format and try
playing the file with WMP?
