max number of rows in a table

Hi, Expert,

I am going to design a new ACCESS application. I do not know what is the max
number of rows that a table can have. Search for web did not answer my
question.

There is no maximum number of rows for an Access table. There is a maximum
number of characters per row (2000) and a maximum file size (2GB).

Try searching the help files, under Access specifications. Although it's
not explicit, there is no limit to numbers of rows, except that the table
must fit within a mdb file, which is limited to 2GB.
