Max number of files in the collection

Is there a max amount of video clips or KB Movie Maker can hold? I'm
importing all my clips and whenever I get to a certain spot of clips Movie
Maker deletes my collection. Thankfully I can back up my collection, but I
got way more clips to import and Movie Maker deletes my collection. Right now
the size is somewhere arond 38,000 KB.
 
I tried importing again and I got passed the usual video clips it will delete
after, but then it did it again :( Then when I put in my back up files, and
open up Movie Maker, it says the same message and deletes the collection.
