When I shut down or restart I get a blue screen that stays
and must then shut down or reboot manually. Usually it
then can't find the Matrox driver. For over a year I have
emailed Matrox but no reply and no future purchases from
them from me.
How can I resolve this to get a normal restart or shutdown?
