I try to enter mathematical functions, I have looked on the online help but
foud nothing about this topic.
Is it impossible?
Or there is a way I don't know?
Could you help me please, because I have pages to do and I try with Mathcad,

I thank you very much by advance

Hello,

Insert > Object > Microsoft Equation

If that menu function isn't there, you'll need to install it from
your Office or Word disc. I don't think Equation Editor is part of
the default install.

Once Equation Editor is open, you can use its help function to see
what to do. There's also a good page of tips at
http://www.mathtype.com/en/products/ee/ee_tips.htm

For samples of its output, see
http://www.acad.sunytccc.edu/instruct/sbrown/stat/leastsq.htm
and
http://www.acad.sunytccc.edu/instruct/sbrown/calc/usubst.htm

In addition to the Equation Editor, you can use an EQ field - harder to
master, but more flexible when it comes to controlling fonts, positioning
and line spacing.

Cheers
