I use powerpoint to make presentations in my electrical classes. It is
possible to use the equation editor by going to insert, object, and choosing
equation editor. Another method I use is to draw the equation in Adobe
Illustrator. I like this method because I can make the fonts any color I
choose and add background colors to highlight the equation. To bring it into
powerpoint, I use a program called Snagit. Snagit is a screen capture
program that will permit me to capture the equation. Once captured, simply
do a control C to copy it to the clip board and then go back to powerpoint
and use control V to paste it into the slide.
