match.com messenger

I can't seem to launch match.com messenger and I don't understand why. If I try to a msn window pops up saying that I can't use this service in a seperate window or in two windows at the same time. I'm a member of the site and paid subscriber to chat services but it won't allow me to talk to other users directly however I can e-mail them?
 
If you have a pop-up blocker enabled it will block the messenger...i had the
same problem as i too am a pying member of the same site..try disabling the
pop up blocker and retry it
