Match backgrounds from one form to another

I have two forms A and B. A has a blueprint background. B has a sumi
painting background (copied from another project). How can I match form
B to A without creating it all over again?

Simply change it's Picture property to the same one used by the other
form.
It's on the Form's property sheet's Format tab.
Depending upon the picture, you may, or may not, have to also change
the Picture Tiling, Alignment, and Size properties as well.
