You want a master slide and a title master?
Go to View - Master - Slide master, on the toolbar click the second button
Insert title master, which will give you an extra thumbnail connected to the
slide master. You can recognize it easily because there is a grey connector
line between the slide master and the title master. The title master will
always be applied to slides using the 'title layout'. The slide master to
all others slide layouts. You can have several masters with or without a
title master if you want. When you are ready click the close master button
on the master toolbar and you are back in your presentation.
