When I edit my master slide by putting a hyperlink on it,
I can't use the hyperlink when it's behind an object on an
individual slide. Is there a way to change the order of
the objects on the master slide so they are on top of the
stack on a slide?
Thanks,
Damon

It might help if you envision the Master as your canvas. When you "paint"
on the canvas by placing objects on the slide, the canvas is hidden. To be
able to control the order of objects, they all need to be on the slide, not
the "canvas" or Master.

Sure -- just use the order commands on the Draw menu (the one at the
lower-left). You'll need to keep in mind that if you move your
hyperlink to the front, it will obscure bullets, titles, and other
objects. This is why many veteran users turn to the good ol' reliable
invisible hyperlink:

1. Create a big rectangle to cover the entire slide.
2. Move to the front (unnecessary if you do these steps in sequence
and at the same time; it will already be in front).
3. Assign the desired hyperlink to it.
4. Then remove the rectangle's fill and outline.

Care to place a small wager on that? My money's on "If it's on the master,
you can't wedge nuthin' under it from slide view."

No way I take that wager -- Slide view? Who said anything about slide
view??

Oh..."when it's behind an object on an individual slide."
Details...details...

Same strategy...invisible object...placed atop everything...just do it
on the slide...can even grab the one on the Master and copy it over...
