How do I move the Master Roles to a different server?

There are a few ways -- have a look at these KB articles:

Using Ntdsutil.exe to Seize or Transfer FSMO Roles to a Domain Controller

Flexible Single Master Operation Transfer and Seizure Process
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=223787
If the old role holder is still online you should transfer the role(s).
However, if the server is no longer available you will need to seize the
role(s) (and in most cases the old server should never be placed back on the
network unless Windows is reinstalled).
