master of magic (old DOS based game)

My friend is running XP Pro and old DOS based games want you to set audio
prams. HEX IRQ &DRQ. systems are so advanced that getting the info is a
problem. I can not find the info or current config is out of ranges. what
can I do? I am at a loss. I do not have the XP series resource kits, books
or software to work with.

Help Please.

Have you tried running it with DOSBox? That's probably the best all around
and easiest solution.
