Is nbt (netbios ove tcp/ip) installed and enabled at the target? Is the
service running there? Be advised that a domain deals with 3 levels of
browse masters. The rootDCis a domain master browser, each subnet elects
both a master browser and a backup browse master.

I found a utility (BrowStat) in which I was able to determine that
"Browsing was not active on our domain"
After running a few more tests, I was informed, "The browser is not bound to transport (Domain Name)
"List of transports currently bound to the browser"
1 \Device\Netbt_TCPIP_{3781B23C-F96B-4F8F-A144-39EAF044D259}
BrowStat accepts any of the following forms for transport name:
1 \Device\XXX,XXX

The Computer Browser service is running on my Domain Controllers.

Any additional insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Is Server service running on system?
On domain master browser dig down to:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters
and verify that "MaintainServerList" is set to yes.

Is this a multihomed DC? With WINS installed?
