Master boot disc

Just installed a secondary drive and it is fine. Computer booting up from it
but I need it to boot from my orinal (Maxtor). When I click on the c drive
in my computer on the fresh install (c drive being the drive i wish to boot
from) I am informed that it is not formatted and given the option to do so.

Please help. Ihave a lot of software on my c drive and wish to recover it.

Exactly what did you do it install that second drive? How did you do
it? It sounds like you accidentally formatted the first one while
installing the second.

You say you are booting from the secondary drive. Did you install
Windows on that secondary drive? Why? If the second drive is meant to
be a secondary drive, there is no need to install an operating system
on it. Only one copy of Windows is required.
