Mass emails

Is there a way to configure (MS Outlook 2002- (exchange) with Office XP) Outlook so that we can send out mass-emails/mail merge without having to go through the whole "Someone is trying to send email through your account...is it ok?" or clicking OK on the profile every time

Install the Office XP service packs. Start Outlook with the desired profile
before starting the merge, and select HTML for the merge format.

Do what? The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote
earlier messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on
detail that you risk not getting the answer you're looking for. Please take
the time to quote the original message.
