IS OUTLOOKS CAPABLE IN SENDING MASS EMAIL WITHOUT
RECEIVERS SEEING EVERYONES EMAIL ADDRESS OR NAMES.
I WOULD LIKE TO SEND OUT A NEWLETTER THROUGH OUTLOOKS.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS POSSIBLE OR IF I NEED TO GET
A DIFFERENT PROGRAM.

Hi Michele,

put your address in the "To" field and all others in the "BCC" (Blind Carbon
Copy), than everybody will get only one email with his address.

Another solution is the serial print function together with word. Have a
look in your Outlook help about serial print function with outlook and word.
The function is under Tools/serial print, but you have to activate a contact
folder otherwise the function is not available.

No, this function is also available in Outlook 2000, but you have to select
a contact folder. If you select another folder like Inbox, this function is
not available under tools.

Select a contact folder and than click on Tools. More information under this
