Mass email from Outlook 2003

My question is basically when I send out a mass email using the email merge
feature how can I have it come from someone else's email instead of mine? My
manager wants me to send it, but have it show from heremail address instead
of mine.
 
You would need to create a profile with his address (you only need a working
SMTP server) and send using that.
