We just recently converted our school district from Groupwise to Outlook. In Groupwise we had the capability to send everyone in the shared address book an e-Mail by putting in an *. We can't find a way to do this in Outlook/Exchange. Is there a quick way to send an e-Mail to everyone in our Global Address List a message without having to create and maintain a distribution list?

Only by selecting all recipients in the address book. Talk to your Exchange
adminsitrator about setting up an Everyone distribution list -- and possibly
restricting its use to a small group of people.
