It appears that it is difficult to get some sort of
committment from Microsoft as to the question of,
"What happens to MAS after the expiry date.
As indicated by others this is a good tool & we don't want
to see it go!

All you have to do is read down a bit, this question has been answered
hundreds of times. Please read before you criticize.

Hi Peter,

At the RSA Conference in February, Microsoft announced that the personal
version of the final Windows AntiSpyware software will be available at no
additional charge to licensed Windows customers.

You should be getting the bits for the newest build, which will extend your
date to 12/31/2005, in a short time frame.
