Masking faces in videos

Can anyone tell us if there is a way to mask/cover someones face using
MovieMaker throughout a video. I have looked everywhere and can't figue it
out. THANKS to anyone who can help.

It is possible but very tedious to do so.
If the area to be masked is static you can use chroma keying to place a
pattern over the face.
