hi guys,

I want to send an email to multiple people at the same
time. I dont want people to see the email addresses of
all the other receipients, they should be just able to
see only the names of all the recepients to whom the
email is sent. Is there a way this can be done.
Note: not the BCC because the recepient will not know the
others who received the email.

I don't think I completely understand what you mean: on one hand you "dont
want people to see the email addresses of all the other receipients", on
the other hand you say "they should be just able to see only the names of
all the recepients to whom the email is sent".
Aren't the two recipient lists the same for any given message?

hi dmitry ,
Thanks for the reply. Actually the purpose of this is , I
am inviting a bunch of friends for a meeting/party. I
want all of them to know who is comming to the party(or
to whom the invitation is sent) but i dont want them to
know the email addresses of other people. In other words
I want the names to display but not the email addresses.

I don't think you can unless you use straight SMTP rather than Outlook.
You can of course always add all addresses to the BCC list and add all names
to the message body.
