MAS blocking IE shell browser library from being installed

Hi folks me again. Got some new info, want to see if
anyone knows what it means......(if your still out there
Bill I could use a little help). So, what does it mean??

I just found out it was telling me that the MAS was
keeping the "IE Bar Microsoft Shell browser UI Library
(browseui.dll) from being installed".

Do I need the library??

This one has come up periodically, and I would say it is uncertain what it
means.

One theory has this message associated with using Google as the search
reached via the search button in Internet Explorer.
