marquee is missing in frontpage

I do not even have the option it insert. Not highlighted. Any ideas on why it
is gone?
Have used it many times before. I upgraded to XP Pro. This is the firts time
I have needed it since.
 
Did you change the browser setting under Page Options / Authoring to custom?

The marquee feature is an IE only tag and not standard HTML. If your
Compatibility settings under Page Options are set to Navigator and IE, then
it won't be displayed. Your Compatibility for the page has to be set to IE
only or custom, any Navigator version will exclude the ability to add a
marquee since it isn't available for non-IE browsers.
