Hi Tony,
Start/run msinfo32, expand the software environment and click on the startup
programs. Look here for a line that loads that and make note of where it is
loading from. This is where you need to go to remove the startup reference.
You might also be able to disable it using msconfig, check the startup tab
for any reference to it.
