Marketplace Download to DVD

Hello all,

I purchased Vista Ultimate when it first came out via digital download. At
time of purchase, it was stated that we would/could get the DVD by mail. I
haven't heard anything since not can I really find any info on this. Can
someone point me to a link so I can get this in DVD format?
