Marketing campaign "who will see it" account lists are blank

Start a campaign. "Who will see it list" has the accounts check boxes to the
left but the names will not load. I can double click on the blank line and it
opens to the that contact. It does not matter if there is one or many
contacts, the check box is there that you can check or uncheck, but the name
does not appear

I am having the same problem. When I click "review and filter", I see a list
of people I would like to send emails to, with check marks next to their
names. Then, when I click OK and go back to the marketing campaign screen,
it says 0, next to "total in list:". If anyone has had this problem and
solved it, please help.
