Mark text in a mail causes WM to hang

Hello,

anybody also has this problem? Whenever I mark some text in an email sombody
sent me (not in the one I write), the computer hangs for about 10 seconds
and only then the text is marked!
This is annoying like hell, as I need to copy & paste lots of texts!

What software is running in the background?
This is annoying like hell, as I need to copy & paste lots of texts!

Do you read messages in HTML view or in plain text only?
