Marguee in FP 2003

I now have some marguees on my site, but when I try to add more I get an
authoring error. It says this requires Internet Explorer support. And it is
currently deactivated on the authoring tab.
I don't see anything in the authoring tab to activate.
 
You need to set the browser preference to Internet Explorer only. The
marquee is an IE only tag that was actually phased out a while ago. You may
have better results using a cross-browser javascript instead since these
often look much better in general and will work in browsers other than ie.
javascript.internet.com and www.dynamicdrive.com are both great sources for
free javascripts.
