Margins Do Not Fit Page Size

I'm using Excel 2003. I adjusted the page size of a worksheet to 11x17.
Inserted some page breaks and then printed the worksheet. It worked
perfectly, all was well. I went back into the page setup and all of a sudden
Excel started giving me a "Margins Do Not Fit Page Size" error. It kept
popping up, wouldn't let me do anything and then it split my sheet into 2900
pages with all these dotted lines...I went back into page setup to try to set
it back, but the error just keeps popping up and if you go to print preview
it is completely hosed!!

Does anyone know how I can fix this?? Please help!

I've had the same problem with Excel 2007. In the previous versions of
Excel, dragging the automatic breaks to expand the material to print on one
page worked fine, the scale of the print was adjusted. Now, however,
something's triggered to make each cell a separate page. Was there a
downloaded update from Microsoft that has caused this?
