I have a similar problem to John Baker from earlier. Let
me explain.
I have a database which has NOT been split (I am working
on convincing my boss to let me do it). We have a
multitude of reports that are printed out of this
database. One in particular seems to change it's own
margin settings randomly: one day it'll be fine, 1" for
top & bottom and .5" L & R, and then it defaults randomly
back to 1" all around for no reason and when we try to
print this report (assuming it will be okay), we get one
whole column cut off and appearing on it's own page.
I have changed the database default margins and it still
seems to revert back to this 1" setting. I have saved the
page setup for this report many times yet it still seems
to revert. I'm not sure if it does this when I make
changes to the database or just when it's printed on a
different printer.
Any suggestions other than splitting? I'm basically
looking for a temporary solution until I can split the
database.
Thanks,
Melissa
