Hi! My reply might help you, if you have not found a workable solution by now ? I used my existing template I created for mailing labels in MS WORD, but it should work in MS ACCESS also. I based my changes on my Avery 5160 template, which I modify as needed for various projects, and depending upon which PRINTER I use, since printer margins vary greatly.
I was searching for a pre-existing template for a brand new full box of old ROTEX Copier labels with number 90051, which is how I found your message. I modified my page margins, and the table cell properties.
Margins are set to TOP 0", BOTTOM 0", Inside 0.19", Outside 0.19", Gutter 0", Header 0", Footer 0", and the page layout is set to JUSTIFIED {top to bottom}. For my table of cells, I set the table properties as follows: TABLE tab WIDTH 7.8 inches, table is CENTER on page, text wrapping is NONE, ROW tab HEIGHT at least 0.98", allow to break across pages, COLUMN tab WIDTH 2.6 inches, CELL tab WIDTH 2.6", vertical alignment CENTER.
But the KEY change to be aware of, is in the very LAST ROW / BOTTOM ROW on your label sheet. For that ROW only, I changed the TABLE PROPERTIES for the CELL tab to modify the VERTICAL ALIGNMENT to TOP, so the text does not run off the bottom edge, due to printer limitations.
I used COMIC SANS MS FONT, at 11 POINTS, so if you use another font, you might have to change these settings a bit, so I suggest you print a DRAFT / SAMPLE page on PAPER first, to see if your text lines up properly within the label space. My text was NOT bolded, and there were NO BORDERS on my table or cells, and I had 3 lines of text per cell. I used a Lexmark X125 printer, which prints FACE UP. Good Luck!

I am trying to setup labels for an Access 2007 report based on Maco copier
labels M-5351. This is not an available "selectable" label format in
Access. These labels have a 0" margin all the way around, with no space
between them. They are 1" x 2 3/4", 3 across and 11 down. I looked on the
Avery site for a compatable label, and the closest I could find was their
WL-900 Multipurpose Label that was 2.83" x 1", marginless with 33/sheet.
There is no selectable Access format for that, either, however, on the Avery
site, there is a Word template to that one. Basically, it gives the length &
height dimensions, and specifies 0" for all other dimensions/margins,
gutters, etc.
When I try to do that in Access as a custom label, it errors out stating
there is not enough space on the page for what I specified. I am assuming the
0" margin is the culprit.
Has anyone successfully created a label format to these dimensions, that can
offer some advice, here? Thanks in advance.

Even though there might not be a "defined" label in the wizard, you should be
able to set the height, width, etc manually in the report design. If you
expect 0 top and bottom margins, you might need to make sure you specify the
appropriate printer since most will not print to the very top or bottom of a
page.
