Is there a map system available that will allow displaying a map in a vb.net
app based on a specific address?

MapQuest provides a service that will do this, it is $4,000.00 entry level
(plain text lookup functionality) and goes as high as $32,000 (fully
integrated). Those numbers are annual, like a membership.
