Just talked to a tech support guy for this little known software
that I'm trying to network. He recommended that I Map a
network drive on my XP professional to a "T" drive, on that
same xp. So I did, and it worked on that same xp. I went
over the network to a windows 98 computer, and tried to locate
that "T" drive, or map it or something. Is there a reason I can't
access that "T" drive on the XP. What am I missing.
Thank you in advance!

A mapped network drive appears as a local disk on the computer where
you did the mapping, and it's only visible on that computer. You need
to map the network drive on the Windows 98 computer, too.
