I have some shared folders on a Windows 2000 desktop and I
can map them on my Windows XP laptop if I'm connected to
the LAN card, but if I switch to the wi-fi card, I can
surf the web, download email, etc., but I CANNOT map the
SAME folders. I don't even see the Windows 2000 Desktop
from my laptop when I'm using the wi-fi connection.

Someone who can help me?

Thanks.

Hi Rafael,
Sorry I can't offer any help, but your problem sounds very
similar to mine, posted today 10/8 at 7:05 pm. I'll let
you know if I get any answers, and if you get any answers,
please let me know!
Thanks,
Ken

I'd take a look at the ip addresses assigned to the two connections. They
should be similar and the subnet masks should be the same.
