All,
I have 2 domains that do not trust each other, nor will
they ever. 1 is W2k and the other NT. I have a box setup
on both networks to act as a universal file server. I have
both domains seeing this new box and talking well. I am
tring to use a mapped drive to the universal file server,
and it works. But when i log off and then back on, I am
prompted for a password to connect the mapped drive. I
have it setup to connect as a local account on the file
server, that has no password. I am still being prompted at
logon to enter a password. If i just hit enter, then the
connection is made. Is there a way around this since the
password is blank? I have tried the registry where the
mapped drive is located, but i have had no luck.
TIA for the help.
