I am missing this file. I run windows 98 and it says this
file is missing, and I need this file for an outlook
profile. HELP!
 
Not sure if this fits the bill but...

OL97: AutoArchive Generates Error when Personal Folders Disabled

NOTE: If the Personal Folders service is disabled in the Mapisvc.inf file,
no Personal Folders can be created, and the same errors occur, regardless of
the version used.
