I am getting a mapi error when importing ACT contacts, secondary popup screen
suggest a translation step has failed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Suggest posting Outlook version and steps that produced the problem. Ensure
that Outlook is your default mail program. Ensure that all translators are
installed.
