For whatever reason I am getting a popup box with the following message

AN INTERNAL HAS OCCURED IN MODULE MAPI32

DEFAULT MAIL ACCOUNT STRUCTURE HAS A DAMAGED TABLE OF CONTENTS. IT IS
RECOMMENDED TO NEW RECONFIGURE YOUR ACCOUNT RECORDS. MAPI32 NEEDS THESE
INFORMATIONS IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO SEND AND RECEIVE MAIL. FAILURE TO DO SO
MAY CAUSE THAT SOME MAPI32 APPLICATION (SUCH AS OUTLOOK AND OUTLOOK EXPRESS
BECOME NON-FUNCTIONAL.

Does anyone know what this message is?

Thanks in advance

Is there a title bar on the window with the message? Is it a real program
that you have installed? Or something you've never heard of before?

Overall this sounds a little suspect to me. If there are boxes to fill out,
do not use them. Instead open your email program or the application
requesting the email info and adjust your info there.

The reason I say this is that some of the worms will toss up a fake window
requesting personal information. This is done to make you believe that you
are fixing your settings. Unfortunately, the reality is that you are
sharing personal account info with something/somebody that shouldn't have
it and doesn't need it.

If you suspect the request for mail account info is not bona fide, check
your system out thoroughly with a good up to date antivirus program.

Thanks Sharon...like a jerk I filled it in....

Don't be hard on yourself. Some of these things are *very* good at
imitating the real thing. Suggestion: Change the password on your ISP
and/or email account. Then check your system over thoroughly with an up to
date antivirus program and a program like AdAware that can scan for other
types of malware.
