There are two ways that this could occur since I don't know how you've got
your Outlook view set up
1) When the .CSV got created - there were nine empty records created based
on the input used to create them (i.e. named range in Excel spans an area
that covers empty records)
2) There were blank rows mixed in when the CSV file got created (empty rows
etc or just every field that you happened to map when importing was empty
but something else in the record could have had data) -
In either of the above cases - it could look like all these blank contacts
are group together in Outlook but could easily be from anywhere in your CSV
file based on the situation name above (this happens to be one of the things
we look for in ContactGenie when importing data).
