Windows XP or Outlook XP (aka Outlook 2002)?

It should be the same place in Windows XP - it's what I used to test the
keys. Outlook 2002 has a different version number in the key:

Outlook 2002 uses MapPoint by default, but if you want to use Yahoo Maps or
Map Quest with Outlook 2002, you can use this registry key as well. Don't
forget that Outlook 2002's version is 10.0 when navigating to the proper
key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Options\General.

Somthing must be strange the way it is installed on his (my boss's) machine.
It is Outlook 2000. I can get to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft

I cant find Office under that or Outlook.

Thanx
Chris

Hmmm... I think I've a similar issue. After I installed Outllok 2003
and MapPoint 2003, mapping of contacts worked fine - for a while.
Next time I started the compute, the mapping no longer functions (that
is, trying to call the map from within Outlook's Contact form). Both
programs work fine otherwise.
