Map a Global Network Drive for all Users

Is there anyway to map a "global" network drive in order to be watched and
to be used
by all users?

Yes. Just add the mapping command to the USRLOGON.CMD file on the terminal
server.

Just add a net use command into your logon script or your
usrlogon.cmd file.
