many users cant access a windows xp pro machine at a time

we have a windows xp pro machine ...in that machine many
folders r to be shared....and many of them cant access
this machine at a time..can anyone tell me is there any
limit of users that can access this machine at a time in
windows xp pro ?

Windows XP Professional allows a maximum of 10 other computers to
connect to its shared resources simultaneously. Computers that aren't
actively connected to a computer's shared resources don't count
against the limit. When a computer disconnects from a shared
resource, it no longer counts against the limit. See this site for
