Hi,
1) I've put some labels and textboxes on page foot, when preview or print,
these
labels become very large, almost 5 time larger than they shold be. Is it
forbidden to put labels on page foot?

2) I set page number "shown on first page" when insert page number, but it
does not shown, it is only shown on second page. What I want to have is the
page number shown on every page. Why this does not work?

3) If I chose "do not show page head", the page foot also closed. If I let
the
page head and foot both show, and on the "Page head_format()" event, put
"Cancel = [pager] = 1", the page head still shown, the "Page head_format()"
event actually was not excuted. What I want to do is only show page foot not
show page head. Is this possible?

Thanks for any reply!

Hi Min.
In the report design view do choose to show page header.
now in design view in the page header band make sure you delete any labels
or textboxes you may have put there and now just close the header band by
dragging the bottom border against the top border of the header band. Ypu
also can set the can shrink property for the header band to yes to ensure no
space is taken up for this band.
As far as the ovesized labels in the page footer, set the can shrink
property for the textboxes and the footer band to yes, this should keep the
band width to a minimum.
Hope this helps,
Fons
