Manufacturer of motherboard

I have a computer with motherboard ZX98-AT . The motherboard box says
it is a Mercury motherboard, with manual .
But, when I search in the internet , the manufacturer is shown as
Zida. The website is www.zida.com .
Many hardware diagnostic tools also show Zida only.

I am interested in knowing who is the real manufacturer for this
motherboard.
