Manually scan?

Can Microsoft Antispyware Remove spyware on all user
account when manually scanning it? it does not seem to
scan all my user account. do i have to customize it in
order for all user account to be scan

Go to Scan options and choose Full system scan. Do not forget to select all
drives and folders to be scanned.
