Does anyone know how to manually remove Business Contact Manager?

I have a brand new Lenovo laptop with Business Contact manager for outlook
2007. I went to add/remove programs and selected remove... but the removal
process errored out... referring me to a log file that had nothing I could
understand.

I then inserted the CD and tried uninstalling with those commands. The
process again errored out.

I then tried a repair INstall without the CD, again an error out with
reference to the log.

I then tried a repair INstall from the CD, again an error out.

I ran start | run sfc /scannow to repair files. Same problem

I then removed Outlook, reinstalled from the CD. Same problem.

I am caught in the middle adn cannot install or uninstall. Any suggestions
are greatly appreciated.
