Manually downloading Security Updates

Is there a location where I can download rollup updates & burn to a CD/DVD to
install on muliple computers without the need to run Windows Update on every
computer? I have searched high & low to no avail. We don't have a sever so as
far as I know - SUS is not an option. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
You can use the Windows Update catalog as explained in the link below. You
also could configure the computers to check for and install updates
automatically which can be done without administrator intervention unless
you have dial up connection or you need to make sure that all updates are
tested first. --- Steve

Yes , you can do it using Microsoft Download Center.

Search for the updates like KB891781
