Manually deleteing temp licences

I have a Windows 2003 server that is giving notice to each user that their
temporary licence will expire in a few days time.

We now have 100 user licences installed on the licence server in the domain,
the terminal servers are in the terminal server group, the licences server
in the terminal server licence group.

Is there any way I can force the temporary licences to expire to I can see
if the users will pick up new licences??? Or do I have to sit tight and wait
for them to expire naturally?

I'm worried I've either done something wrong or the licences have not
installed right and that when the temp licences finally expire it will all
fall around my ears!!!

Check in the EventLog on the TS, make sure that you do *not* see
any events with description "cannot locate licensing server".

The TS CALs that you purchased and installed are "Per User" TS
CALs, is that correct?
If so, is the Terminal Server (not the Licensing Server!) set to
use "Per User" licensing? The default is "Per Device".
You can check this from Administrative Tools - Terminal Services
Configuration - Server Settings
If it's set to Per Device mode, it will look for a Device TS CAL
and will not issue your Per User TS CALs.

Check this article, it explains that even after you have
switched licensing mode on the TS, your Per User TS CAL count will
not be decremented:
