Manual Update Freezing Window

The manual update process seems to freeze the app at
times when actually downloading new updates, causing the
AntiSpyware windows not to refresh, and providing no
indication to the user that it is still working. I have
been tempted to kill the process thinking it has frozen,
but have found that eventually it does complete.

Would suggest ensuring that the window does continue to
refresh during the update process, and provide some sort
of indication that it is still working.
 
I'll make note of that and pass it to the product team.
