Manual downloading of Microsoft AntiSpyware definition file?

Since there is a problem with a lot of us with automatic or manual updating
of Microsoft AntiSpyware last program version, is there any way to manually
download the last spyware definition file and install it to the relative
"Program Files" folder? My one, is 5773 version.

Check your definition update. If it's 5783 you're up to date anyway.
